The DPS Specialised Training Programmes are designed to teach Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technologies to those who have working experience in Production, Engineering or Quality technical roles in the following industries:

New Entrants coming from industries such as Electronics, Chemicals, Food and Beverage and Telecommunications seeking entry through Re-Skilling and Cross-Training into the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry.
Or, those who are currently working within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry and seeking a Career Upgrade in job scope and responsibilities through Up-Skilling and Multi-Skilling.

In addition to the technical training, DPS provides an Interview Skills Workshop which is a central feature of the Re-Skilling Programme, as it covers a wide range of tips, advice and FAQs on CV writing, interview skills and techniques, psychometric testing, etc on how to find a job in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device manufacturing industry. A comprehensive bank of interview questions is covered which are specific to this Industry and one-to-one interview technique sessions are also offered which completely tailored to your employees needs.

There is a flexible delivery structure to the training to accommodate both day-time and shift personnel.
