Donal Roche

Chairman

Appointed Chairman in 2005, Donal is former Managing Partner of Matheson Ormsby Prentice (MOP) and also served as Head of the Commercial and Corporate Finance Group. Donal is also Chairman of Barclays Bank Ireland plc., Appian Wealth Management Ltd. and Murray Consultants. Donal is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and is a member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.

Frank Keogh

Managing Director

Appointed Managing Director in 2010, Frank is former Operations Director and Dublin Operations Manager and has been a Director on the Board since 1996. Frank is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He qualified as a Quantity Surveyor B.Sc. (Surveying-Hons) in 1980 and a Diploma in Construction Economics in 1981. Frank has over 30 years experience working with multi-national consulting engineering companies and major multi-national clients in the engineering and construction Arena and has considerable international experience including Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Pat McIntyre

Technical Director

Appointed Technical Director in 2010, Pat is former Managing Director, Operations Director and Cork Operations Manager at DPS and has been a Director on the Board since 1996. Pat is a graduate of University College Dublin. He qualified as a Chemical Engineer B.Eng. (chem.) in 1985 and has over 25 years experience working on both the Client and Consultants side in the Project Management and Engineering arena. Pat has considerable international experience through his career working with some of the largest multi-national companies in the world.

Gerry Creaner

Deputy Chairman

Appointed Deputy Chairman in 2005, Gerry is former Managing Director of DPS and held this role since 1996 when he joined the Board. Gerry is a graduate of University College Dublin. He qualified as a Chemical Engineer B.Eng.(Chem.) in 1980 and a Msc. (mgmt) from Trinity College Dublin in 2005 and has over 30 years experience working on both the Client and Consultant side in the Project Management and Engineering Arena primarily in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology sectors. Gerry has significant international experience particularly in the USA, Europe and Asia. He is also a Director of the Irish Management Institute.

Eddie Kent

Finance Director

Appointed Group Finance Director in 2007, Eddie was the former Finance Department Manager in DPS. He joined DPS in 2000 and prior to this held senior financial positions with an international pharmaceutical group in London. Eddie is a Chartered accountant and qualified in 1994.

Finbarr Flahive

Secretary

Appointed as Secretary to the Board in 2005, Finbar is Former Finance Director at DPS since 2000 and prior to this Finance Manager for the Group. Prior to joining DPS Engineering in 1996 Finbar ran a successful private accounting practice. He is a B.Comm (1989) and Chartered Accountant and is Managing Director of Youngfields OCP Ltd. a wealth management company specialising in the sourcing, structuring and managing of iInternational investments.

Carl Dillon

Non-Executive Director

Appointed Non-Executive Director in 2003, Carl is the Managing Partner with HLB Nathans which is one of Irelands leading accountancy practices and business advisors. Carl brings a wealth of corporate financial advice and experience to the team.

Michael Mulhall

Non-Executive Director

Appointed as Non-Executive Director in 2006, Michael is the former Chairman of the Board and Technical Director since 1996 and the Managing Director between 1978 and 1996. Michael is a graduate of University College Dublin. He qualified as a Chemical Engineer B.Eng. in the early sixties and brings a significant wealth of experience over more than 40 years in the Process Manufacturing and Engineering Business. Michael worked in a number of major global pharmaceutical companies before founding DPS in 1978. Over the years Michael has been involved as a Technical Specialist, Project Manager and Projects Director and brings significant iInternational experience to the team.
