Appointed Chairman in 2005, Donal is former Managing Partner of Matheson Ormsby Prentice (MOP) and also served as Head of the Commercial and Corporate Finance Group.
Donal is also Chairman of Barclays Bank Ireland plc. and
Covestone Asset Management Ltd. Donal is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and is a member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.
Appointed Managing Director in 2010, Frank is former Operations Director and Dublin Operations Manager and has been a Director on the Board since 1996.
Frank is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He qualified as a Quantity Surveyor B.Sc. (Surveying-Hons) in 1980 and a Diploma in Construction Economics in 1981. Frank has over 30 years experience working with multi-national consulting engineering companies and major multi-national clients in the engineering and construction Arena and has considerable international experience including Europe, Asia and the Middle East. 
Appointed Technical Director in 2010, Pat is former Managing Director, Operations Director and Cork Operations Manager at DPS and has been a Director on the Board since 1996.
Pat is a graduate of University College Dublin. He qualified as a Chemical Engineer B.Eng. (chem.) in 1985 and has over 25 years experience working on both the Client and Consultants side in the Project Management and Engineering arena. Pat has considerable international experience through his career working with some of the largest multi-national companies in the world. 
Appointed Deputy Chairman in 2005, Gerry is former Managing Director of DPS and held this role since 1996 when he joined the Board.
Gerry is a graduate of University College Dublin. He qualified as a Chemical Engineer B.Eng.(Chem.) in 1980 and a Msc. (mgmt) from Trinity College Dublin in 2005 and has over 30 years experience working on both the Client and Consultant side in the Project Management and Engineering Arena primarily in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology sectors. Gerry has significant international experience particularly in the USA, Europe and Asia. He is also a Director of the Irish Management Institute.
Eddie joined DPS Group in
2001 as Financial Controller
and was appointed Finance
Director in January 2008. He
is a Chartered Accountant
having graduated from
University College Cork in
1992. Eddie has previously worked in Corporate Finance
with a number of Pharmaceutical companies in the
UK, Europe and the US and has brought his
experience to growing the DPS Group internationally
in recent years.
Dr. Stephen Fitzpatrick joined the DPS Board of Directors in January 2011 following an acquisition by DPS of his Boston based Biotechnology company Biometics. Stephen graduated as a chemical engineer from the University of Manchester in the UK in 1973 and completed his doctorate there in Biochemical engineering in 1975. He has over 35 years experience in the Biological, Pharmaceutical and Chemical process industries with significant International exposure. Based in Boston for over 30 years Stephen has worked with many of the emerging Biotech companies and has been exposed continuously to the latest developing technologies in this area. He set up his own company (Biometics) in 1992 to provide consultancy services to this sector and built a strong team with significant Biopharmaceutical capability. Stephen is also the inventor and holds patents for a unique Biofuels process based on the conversion of cellulosic biomass and is well published in this area.
Appointed Non-Executive Strategic Director in 2010, John is a former CEO of Intel, Ireland and VP and Director of Intel Corp. Services putting him in charge of sourcing sites and construction services for Intels facilities and investments all over the world. An engineering graduate from Trinity College, Dublin, Johns career covers a broad spectrum of technical, administration, consulting and strategic management roles. He brings a great depth of
Appointed Non-Executive Director in 2003, Carl is the Managing Partner with Moore Stephens Nathans which is one of Irelands leading accountancy practices and business advisors. Carl brings a wealth of corporate financial advice and experience to the team.
Appointed as Non-Executive Director in 2006, Michael is the former Chairman of the Board and Technical Director since 1996 and the Managing Director between 1978 and 1996. Michael is a graduate of University College Dublin. He qualified as a Chemical Engineer B.Eng. in the early sixties and brings a significant wealth of experience over more than 40 years in the Process Manufacturing and Engineering Business. Michael worked in a number of major global pharmaceutical companies before founding DPS in 1978. Over the years Michael has been involved as a Technical Specialist, Project Manager and Projects Director and brings significant international experience to the team.
