Our Core Values

Core Values imbue the culture and ethos of an organization and influence how it pursues its mission and how it determines its strategic priorities. Core Values also
provide guidance for management and staff in discharging their responsibilities and
conducting their day-to-day operations.

These are the Core Values of DPS that we encourage all members of the organization to work by as representatives of DPS interacting with clients and colleagues.

We are committed to a process of continuous improvement in terms of quality management, operational efficiency and competitive advantage, supported by quality assurance processes and procedures, lessons learned from experience, and continuing staff development.

    Without clients there would be no DPS. Our success is based first and foremost on the development of strong, long term relationships with clients. Successful long term client relationships are based on trust and confidence and the consistent delivery of quality services, and are sustained by listening to the client, responding to client needs, a single minded commitment to client service and respect for client confidentiality.

    successful operation of DPS, supported by the professional and technical skills of staff and compliance with established professional standards, health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

    Respect and support for colleagues is the foundation of good teamwork that is central to our success.
